Beautiful place super clean, enjoyed being so close to 5th Ave lots of things to do also steps away from the beach whether you wanted peace or party there was always the chance to choose. Mercedes was very helpful and responsive. My family and I enjoyed this place so much we look forward to going back soon. The whole place was very clean and exactly pictured, and the terrace was the cherry on top my kids enjoyed having their own private pool if you are looking for a place to enjoy and make many memories with your family this place is perfect for you.

We spent about a week here and loved our time here. The check-in/out was super easy, and the location is really great. We were looking for a place that was on the beach and accessible to the restaurants in Playa del Carmen without all the noise of the main street. This was the perfect getaway. The community is a peaceful and quiet, with great pools and very convenient location. There were plenty of places within a 5-10 minute walk, and we loved spending mornings on the roof watching the sunrise. The only downside was the Reef 28 roof lounge, which plays loud music. It's not a total annoyance, but you should know that it's there. It also isn't playing late at night, and we couldn't hear it inside. Inside, it was nice and quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet place with lots of vacation conveniences. Parking was super easy as well. Big thanks to Mercedes for making our stay outstanding and memorable!

I had the most wonderful time Mercedes home. It was truly a piece of heaven! The space was even better than pictures , witch the private terrace stealing the show you are not getting sinker tub, or jacuzzi, you're getting a PRIVATE POOL. The home was spotless, The pool was clean and treated upon request. The grounds to this unit were beautiful. House keeping came every few days and she was absolutely a sweetheart. The location was nothing less than perfect, peaceful at night, steps literally steps away from the beach. Steps away from 5th ave the life of the party. Check-in was a breeze and Mario was amazing and so kind and patience considering our flight was delayed. I will be back for many more visits to come and can't wait to explore Mercedes other listings for many more amazing memories.

¡Magnífico condominio, ubicación ideal, súper limpio con todos los servicios necesarios! ¡El mejor condominio alquilado por mi parte hasta la fecha! ¡Qué decir de la piscina en la azotea y las impresionantes vistas que trae! ¡Su ubicación también es ideal a 1 min de la playa y a 3 min de la 5ª, sin el ruido que viene con él! ¡Lugar súper tranquilo y seguro, estuve allí con las 2 chicas de 12 y 14 y siempre me sentí bien y seguro! Mercedes es muy servicial y fácil de alcanzar. ¡Su equipo de limpieza y bienvenida es impecable! ¡Hubiera puesto 6 estrellas si hubiera sido posible!

What an incredible stay! We loved everything - from the comfy beds, to the spacious floor plan… to the amazing rooftop deck! We had a great time right in the heart of everything but able to relax and chill out once we settled in for the night. We would definitely stay again!

The property had three bedrooms and two bathrooms and both were large, there was unlimited channels on the TV and it was close to both the downtown to walk with Shopping and many excellent restaurants and the beautiful beach and ocean. I have been to Mexico many many times but I have never been to such a beautiful place and spent time in such a beautiful condo. I recommend this to anybody on any budget The rooftop pool and patio area was incredible. What a wonderful trip, thank you Mercedes for taking such good care of us

My husband and I joined my 20 year old cousin and her boyfriend on their first trip out of the country. Knowing they wanted to see as much of the Yucatán peninsula as they could I wanted to pick a place that was central to everything and I was not disappointed with this rental. The hotel was in a perfect location for us to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and transportation to take us to the other places we wanted to visit. And despite the close proximity to 5th avenue and the beach the hotel was surprisingly quiet which was great when it came time to get some rest. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and the perfect home base for our week long adventure and the rooftop pool was an awesome way to relax after a long day of exploring! This place had everything we needed and then some including chairs to take to the beach and floats for the rooftop pool! And last but not least, everyone we dealt with at Playa Paradise Rentals was helpful, friendly, and prompt to respond. If are looking for a great place to stay in Playa del Carmen you will not be disappointed with this rental! We will absolutely plan to stay here again on our next trip to this beautiful part of Mexico!

This was my second stay at Aldea Thai. The location is very convenient to 5th Avenue and the beach. The property was extremely clean; we had a maid that came three times during the week which was very nice. It is an older property but very well kept. One of the bedrooms had an ocean view which was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was amazing. We didn't cook any while we were there but appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Have 2 1/2 bathrooms was very nice. They had beach chairs which you don't find a lot of properties providing. The views from the rooftop were amazing. The large pool with swim up bar on the 2nd floor was very nice. We liked pretty much everything about it and would recommend it.

Couldn’t have had a better experience! The location was AMAZING! 3 min walk to the super fun Mamitas beach and beach club / restaurant. And if you ask the Aldea Thai front desk they will give you a coupon which gives you a big discount on renting beach chairs and umbrella for Mamitas beach. The main strip is less than a 5 mins walk and then you can access all the craziness and party vibes of Playa del Carmen. There are also less wild restaurants and bars off the side streets if you do a bit of research and exploringPerla

Perfect spot steps from the beach with everything you need. It’s almost like a hotel style location with even more perks! It has its own jacuzzi and access to a rooftop pool that is very quiet and lots of space for you to relax. Definitely recommend!

Great host, great location, peaceful at night, very nice shared pool. Our apartment was very spacious and clean with 2 balconies. We would definitely come back again. We had some difficulty with wifi in the bedrooms so hopefully they can improve the internet quality.

Absolutely flawless - this is a great location and a beautiful spacious apartment with private rooftop pool and and amazing space just to chill out. Service and attention by the staff is outstanding, AirBnB is more often a miss than a hit. This is a 100% hit! Loved it and highly recommend, you can’t go wrong here!!

Perfect location in the centrum of Playa del Carmen. Everything is walking distance. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Kid friendly. We had a wonderful time.

The condo is very spacious, clean, and all the amenities are such as a five gallon of drinking water are very nice to have when traveling with family. We had a small issue with the water dispenser, but a quick call to Mercedes’ team it was resolved right away when a maintenance guy came over and took care of it. I highly recommend staying at this great modern condo in Playa del Carmen.

Do not look any further than this condo! We have stayed at three different Penthouse condos in Aldea Thai and this one is the best! The location is perfect. A lovely view of the ocean awaits you from the private rooftop pool. While you may have some noise from the rooftop pool across the street, it is perfectly quiet in the evening. The management is quick to resolve any issues and genuinely cares that your stay is perfect in every way.

Absolutely the best location!! Steps away from the beach and blocks away from restaurants bars and shopping!!! The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described on Airbnb. Miguel was my point of contact for the apartment- he was extremely helpful and answered every question quickly with perfect English. I would definitely stay there again!!

Amazing penthouse!! The rooftop terrace, private plunge pool, and view are amazing. The condo is very spacious inside and it has all the amenities you need on vacation. Check in was simple and they were very helpful. Location is amazing, walking distance to 5th Avenue with great shopping & eating. Public beach access in front of condo. The pool was amazing and has a swim up bar. Love the decor of the facility. Parking a car was easy. Location was quite even in prime location. Would highly recommend!

Neat complex, great pool for daytime drinking. Excellent location. The condo is huge and stocked with all kitchen appliances and cooking utensils, lots of towels and linens. The host was great and very responsive. Excellent check in service.

This condo at Aldea Thai is centrally located (5 minute walk to the middle of shops, restaurants, and night life, 2 minute walk to a popular beach club, and 15 minute walk to the Cozumel ferry terminal). The rooftop private pool was a dream and the condo was comfortable with all the amenities we’d need. Being in the middle of all the action did come with noise and music but by 10pm most nights it was quiet and peaceful. I’d definitely return and stay again. Check in was easy with Mercedes’ team member meeting us at the property to show us around and check out was a breeze too.
