It was amazing, such a beautiful place, perfect location, very responsable people to deal with. We happily stay there every time we go to playa del carmen. quiet zone but walking distant to everything, surrounding by fantastic restaurants, yoga studios, beach. it has been a pleasure to stay there. I happily recommended. Increible lugar, perfectamente ubicado, aunque esta en quinta avenida y cerca de toodo, estuvo perfecto para mi familia que vijamos con nuestro bebe de 2 anos, con una picina perfecta para disfrutar, el departamenteo esta hermoso, y amplio. facilmente caminas a la playa, a quinta avenida y es mas increible que estas en la mejor parte de la quinta avenida con buenisimos restaurantes, no solo turisticos, restaurentes con fantastica comida y a la vez facil de caminar a donde sea, yoga estudios al rededor. ha sido un placer estar ahi y tratar con mercedes todo ha estado fenomenal!Maricruz

The condo is really beautiful and conveniently located, but I feel the need to warn potential guests that the property owner may try to cancel your booking, and you'll have little recourse through Airbnb (see https://www.airbnb.com/support/article/170). You won't even be able to leave a negative review. We booked the property on 1/8/15 for a 6/4/15 trip. On 3/6/15 (a full two months after booking and after we'd booked our international flights), Mercedes informed us that the property owner had decided to use the condo for their own vacation, and our booking was being cancelled. At this point, there were very few equivalent properties on Airbnb and such properties were much more expensive. After some back and forth, we managed to convince the property owner to push their own vacation, but it was really unprofessional for them to attempt to cancel the booking for no legitimate reason two months after it had been made. I would understand if the cancellation had been requested due to some unforeseen or serious issue (e.g., condo had been under construction, had been sold, etc.), but the cancellation was purely motivated by the property owner's bad planning.Negin
La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar una vacaciones en la playa y esta muy bien situada, cerca de la 5ta avenida pero dentro de un vecindario familiar, tranquilo y seguro. El acceso al beach club de playacar lo disfrutamos mucho también. Recomiendo este hospedaje ampliamente!Audrey

Quite place a night but so close to all the noise and action. Definitely would recommend or stay here again. Perfect place for a family or even a couple of friends or 2 couples.”
