Renta VacacionalAndresGreat home in a great location! The gorgeous PlayaCar beach is only 5 minutes walking from the house. Quinta Avenida with access to many restaurants and shops is only 10 minutes away (walking). The ferrys to go to Cozumel is in Quinta Avenida as well making a day trip to Cozumel very easy. The house is very spacious, gorgeous views from the top balcony and from the owner's suite. There is plenty of space for everyone. Great kitchen with all the amenities. It also includes a laundry room which is very convenient! Overall, a great place in a great location for a good price. If we come back to Playa del Carmen, we'll definitely stay here again. Mercedes was a great host.
We had such a wonderful vacation at Mercedes beautiful condo. It is spacious, clean, and close by to everything! We absolutely loved the pool! Amazing for the hot Playa days to cool off in; but, the beach is right around the corner as well! We were in walking distance to amazing food, bars, and tourist excursions. Would come back in a heart beat!Julia
SCOTTImpressive wow factor... Fantastic location and stellar views from the balcony. Clean and comfortable. On-site management was very helpful in making local reservations and anticipating needs. Great beach access at 'quiet' end of the beach with minimal crowds. Beach club has full amenities and clean, well kept beach front and water. 3 block walk to multiple restaurants and direct 5th Ave access for shopping and dining. We will definitely be back..

I had an amazing time staying at this luxury condo! Mercedes was very attentive even though I never met her in person. The condo was beautiful and it had everything in it such as appliances, coffee maker, purified water, washer dryer, dishes, etc.....the apartment finishes were all marble and the AC work beautifully, the pool was great and a very relaxing atmosphere, the beach a block away and 5th Ave. also a block away. Parking was also underground for my car rental and it was accessible 24/7. I definitely recommend it. I used to book hotel rooms and believe me, this is a much cheaper way to visit Playa Del carmen and you also get to do so many more things and see the culture.Hector
VladaIt is great place if you have small kids. The beach is just few staeps away. Big house, lots of utencils, washing mashine, upstairs terrase with roof. Great and nice for evening walks. Will be back again.

Percebemos o cuidado que o anfitrião tem com o bem-estar de seus hóspedes. Localização excelente (perto da praia e muito perto da quinta avenida: próximo de restaurantes, mercadinho, sorveteria, bares, etc)! Se voltarmos em Playa Del Carmen, certamente iremos repetir a hospedagem. Parabéns!”
