Renta VacacionalEAR CORINE, we are very sorry to know you are not happy with us having to charge the damage caused to the fridge. we don't know what you are referring too with the 800 you were requested we only requested and sent the bill for the broken door of the fridge. regarding being locked up, we asked you to give a tip to the guy that had to go after hours to open you again. You rented a condo, and unit all for you. It is not a hotel room, with a 24/7 reception. You rented an apartment, you had the keys. You locked the door with the keys inside, so we just asked you to tip the worker who had to leave his home on his free day to go open. the contract you signed says that this has a cost, we didn't even charged that cost stablished in the contract. We just asked you to tip the guy. Im sure you understand and if you would rent your home, and the renters accidentally break the fridge, you would charge them for it. The cost of the doors fridge is the 361 usd. we sent the bid from the providor for the brand. of course if a glass, towel, or any small issue there is no charge, but this was a major expense... all your rental payment didn't even cover half of the door replacement... we had no choice than to charge you for the damage you caused. we are very sorry you feel this way all the best for you0

The condominium complex is fabulously located a short walk from the beach and a block from 5th Avenue, where lots of restaurants and stores can be found. The pool was wonderful -- not too crowded and very clean. The apartment itself could not have been nicer. The air-conditioning was needed during the hot afternoons, and it worked well. There were lots of cooking appliances. The washer and dryer were new and worked well. The decor was extremely tasteful, and it was really nice to have sliding glass doors that opened directly onto the patio. We have stayed at lots of AirBnB places, and this was definitely one of the nicest. We stopped at an all-inclusive hotel in the gated Playacar looking unsuccessfully for a meal, and I actually felt sorry for the guests who were jammed into the crowded pool and who were paying several times more for their tiny cramped rooms than we paid for our gorgeous apartment.LeighAnna

Jo AnnWe loved the house, the pool, its location to the beach and downtown, and the amenities provided by the host. Every room was comfortable and clean. The host was attentive to our needs and communicated well. The neighborhood has a security entrance and security staff who walk the neighborhood regularly. If/when we come back, we’d love to stay here again.
