Renta VacacionalMercedes was very punctual with communication (email, airbnb msgs and (Hidden by Airbnb) ), which was very helpful in coordinating. Her assistant, Maria, was very punctual in both checking us in and out. The room 101 was on the ground level, came with 2BD/2BA (one queen bed in one BD, and 2 twin beds in the other BD) and two small balconies. The apt was immaculately kept, came with extra towels and linens, a full kitchen, and both bathrooms were great. The showers had good pressure and hot water was immediate! The multiple ACs worked great in the heat. The apartment had it's own wifi; it was fast and had strong signal throughout the apartment. There was a cleaning service that we only used once and it was thorough and professional. Location was great - within ~15mins walk to the beach or any of the beach clubs in PDC. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be within a reasonable walk to most places in PDC.Junaid

Mercedes’s place was great! I stayed at Mercedes’s with 4 other friends and it was perfect. Close to the shops on 5th, right across from a grocery store. And a really great taco restaurant El Fagon just steps away. The apartment is bigger then it looks in the pictures, each room has its own washroom and the main shared area there is another half washroom. There is also a fully functional kitchen and laundry room that are great to have if your staying awhile. Getting in contact with Mercedes and her team was easy, she always got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't actually get a chance to meet her as my flight came in later then the first guests to arrive, but she was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at her place again.Victoria

CatherineI had the most wonderful time Mercedes home. It was truly a piece of heaven! The space was even better than pictures , witch the private terrace stealing the show you are not getting sinker tub, or jacuzzi, you're getting a PRIVATE POOL. The home was spotless, The pool was clean and treated upon request. The grounds to this unit were beautiful. House keeping came every few days and she was absolutely a sweetheart. The location was nothing less than perfect, peaceful at night, steps literally steps away from the beach. Steps away from 5th ave the life of the party. Check-in was a breeze and Mario was amazing and so kind and patience considering our flight was delayed. I will be back for many more visits to come and can't wait to explore Mercedes other listings for many more amazing memories.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was perfectly positioned to get to the main areas of attraction...but it was enough of a step away to be quiet. The place was very clean and very spacious. We had friends staying in other apartments nearby that we're not as large as ours. The check in was very easy and we were welcomed warmly. They were also kind enough to let us check out late on our last day because we were at a wedding the night before. We would recommend staying here.Mike
