LuEverything about this experience was 5 star. Mercedes was flexible with our early check-in time and provided us with options for a chef and airport transfer. The house was even more impressive in person! It is in a beautiful neighbourhood with walkable access to the beach and the town. The house itself was larger than it looked in the pictures and provided ample space for our family of 8. We could find places to be together or have quiet spaces alone - it was perfect! The private pool was perfect for the kids. Water bottles were delivered to the property daily which we didn't expect but very much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.
Listing was exactly as described and pictures. There are actually 4 bedrooms if you count the room with the double bed. Had a great experience. The unit is right in off 5th Ave!Alexander

ALEX“I had a great stay and Mercedes’s condo in Playa del Carmen. Communication from the beginning was quick and easy. Detailed instructions were given before my arrival to assure a smooth check in. It’s very close to all the shopping, dining and the beach. The building is beautiful and well kept. With a communal swimming pool and gym on the first floor. Staff that worked in the building were very nice and helpful. The entire condo was very clean and spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well as the living room that had ample seating. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. I do appreciate the shower on the rooftop as a quick way to shower off after using the private pool. Fully equipped kitchen was ready if you wanted to cook a meal. The real star of this condo was the huge rooftop terrace with the private pool. Lots of seating and places to lay in the sun or have a meal. The weather was warm enough to use the pool in March and it was such a treat to just relax and enjoy the sun. The whole condo had nice touches that made it feel like a home. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and professional and I felt very safe here during my stay. If you’re looking for a great place to stay that is close to everything, then I highly recommend staying here!”

Condo looked exactly as advertised. The location of the condo is perfect. It’s near a large pharmacy tons of bars, restaurants and a taxi stand. Mercedes made our stay very special by helping me with a special request to have roses waiting for my spouse . She also had a list of excursions and services to do. Balcony pool and rooftop view were also very good. Would def stay here againDennis

PascaleSemaine plus que parfaite dans cet appartement. Tout est à proximité: restaurants, plage et magasins. De plus, les grandes pièces, la magnifique terrasse, la piscine et la décoration font de l’endroit un lieu unique où on se sent rapidement comme chez soi. Excellent service de la part des hôtes qui ont répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Tout était conforme à ce qu’on nous avait dit au départ. Nous y retournerons assurément
