Wow! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The host kindly helped me find the place late at night when I was tired and confused - thanks a lot! Apartment was very clean, spacious, had everything we needed and more. They had put lots of thought into what is left for guests -from spare bedding, to candles, to playing cards, movies, and snacks when we arrived. Communication was great when we had requests and questions. Nice building, very safe and secure, pool was great. Location is excellent - convenience stores, restaurants, bars, bigger stores, 5th avenue, beach and taxis all just a short walk away. Highly recommend staying here - as long as you are okay with music playing late into the evening (it's good music though!)

The apartment has the best location in Playa, very close to Mamitas, steps away from 5th ave, but at the same time far enough so you don't feel a lot of noise. Mercedes and Patricia were the best, they received me a few minutes early when I arrived, and they were available for a very early check out. The apartment itself was better than we expected, beautifuly decorated, clean, perfect A/C, very comfortable beds, good WiFi connection, nice showers, and with cleaning service. So thanks again! It was a great choice and I would go again in my next trip.

This airbnb is a little piece of heaven on earth - the cabin is super clean, very functional and beautifully designed. The lagoon is unbelievable and over our 3 night stay we rarely saw another soul - it genuinely felt like we were the only visitors for miles. The water is stunning, absolutely clear, and quite shallow for the most part. Visiting the more commercial parts of the lagoon felt unnecessary when we had this all to ourselves. The entrance can seem a bit hard to find initially, but Mercedes sent clear instructions and we found our way even though we checked in at night. We had young Jonathan waiting to show us to our room and around the property, but didn't see any staff most of the time, so it felt very private and comfortable. That said, Mercedes was very communicative over whatsapp if we needed anything. The kitchen facilities seem very functional, but we didn't end up cooking because we would have had to buy basics like oil, salt etc. The drive to the gate is not fun, but it's totally worth it, and incentivized us to spend most of our time at the airbnb and really enjoy the space. I genuinely hope to get a chance to return!

I went to Playa del Carmen for my birthday, on an all girls trip. I didn't know what to expect, as I had never been to Mexico before. The home was beautiful; the photos almost don't do it justice. It is literally 10 steps from the ocean, and the community is extremely safe and adorable! Melina was extremely communicative and helped us with anything we needed. Transportation was never a problem, and everyone was very kind. All of the women on the trip expressed the desire to return again; we loved it! Highly recommend.
