Casa Miramar

We had a party of 10 people and the house was a perfect fit for everyone comfortably. We didn’t need to much assistance but when I did everyone was very responsive. The cleaning crew was also very very nice and had good food suggestions for nearby grocery shopping and restaurants that delivered. The views were amazing! Mercedes also arranged for a round trip airport pick up and drop off at the house, that was so helpful and convenient since we did not rent a vehicle. Everything that was needed was a short walk or taxi ride away. I will definitely return for another stay!

This place was exactly what we expected. The host communicated right away with any questions we had. The house was super clean and exactly how the pictures were in the listing. It was right on the beach and if the kids did not want to be in the ocean they could swim in the pool. We have a big family and the house was perfect for all of us to spread out and not feel like we were right on top of each other. The community was very secure and we felt super safe walking around when we needed to go shopping. I highly recommend this for large groups and families!!!

We adored this place. It’s so much more beautiful than we thought. Right by the beach. Easy to walk to town. Perfect for our group of 6. The rooftop is unbelievable. Can’t wait to return.

We recently stayed at this amazing house with family and friends, and had an amazing time. The house is very spacious with an amazing upstairs patio overlooking the ocean. The house had every amenity and was very close to the beach. The pool was a great addition, the kids loved it. The check-in process was very easy. They met us late at night and had quick communication. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and be walkable to the main street at Playa del Carmen.

Mercedes was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The house was the perfect size and literal steps to the beach.

We loved staying at Casa Miramar! House and rooms are the perfect size to easily accommodate large groups. We were just steps from the beach and had views of the ocean the entire stay. It’s very easy to walk to shops and restaurants as well as get a taxi or schedules transportation. Property is more than safe and everyone we encountered was friendly! I also highly recommend scheduling at least one meal with Chef Daveed as you will not be disappointed!

Everything was perfect!! Mercedes and her team were on top of everything. any question i had was answered very quickly. The house and the location was excellent. we will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Casa Miramar was great!! The place had everything we needed for our group of 9 and was so spacious. The rooftop was my favorite spot and was a great place to view the ocean. The neighborhood is great and feels very safe - the house is also 15 steps from the beach!

Mercedes’s place fit our group of 9 comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The pool is in front of the house, and was a lovely place to relax. The neighborhood is gorgeous and makes for a pleasant walk to town. The beach is truly right outside the front door. There was an issue with the air conditioner in the front room, and someone was there almost immediately to fix it. Overall, we had a lovely time and everything we needed!

The house was perfect for our multi-family vacation! We had four couples and 2 babies. The house had great open spaces to gather, eat family meals, and play games. The bedrooms were large. The pool was just right for a quick dip and for the babies to float around in. We also enjoyed the second story balcony with the wrap around couch and lounge chairs in the evenings. Location was fabulous, one row of houses off the beach, with good privacy but only steps away from beach access. Taxis were a little hard to find due to the gated community, so we recommend renting a car for groups that want to take day trips.

This is a nice property, well maintained and very close to the beach. The private pool was a nice touch.

Casa Miramar is absolutely everything you see in the pictures. The house is gorgeous and the pool is amazing. There were 4 adults and 4 children in our party, and there was more than enough room for all of us. We enjoyed everything the home had to offer. Everyone (Mercedes, the housecleaner, the pool cleaner, and security guards) were all very kind and very helpful. Thank you, Mercedes! We will be back soon!

La casa estuvo genial! Muy cómoda, limpia y sobre todo muy bien ubicada, cerca a todo! Estaba bien equipada con todo lo necesario para poder pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Nada más, tomar en cuenta que dos habitaciones tienen sus baños afuera y las otras dos habitaciones tienen el baño dentro de la habitación. Mercedes was a great host! She made sure that anything we needed her workers would come right away and fix any issues within the house. She is quick at responding and getting back to you. The house is lovely and huge! The in my thing I would complain is that everything of house hold use is in Spanish so it was hard for us to use laundry or the oven. But what do you expect we are in Mexico! House is right by the playa de carmen strip, about 10 minute walk. And the house is literally 2 minute walk from the beach. Mercedes is a great host and her workers work hard and are very kind. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Everything was so perfect for my husband’30th birthday celebration in Playa del Carmen. Mercedes helped in coordinating airport transportation and recommending vendors. We had a chef come in and make breakfast every morning, which was phenomenal to start each day on the right foot. She also coordinated with a balloon vendor for setup before arrival. It was all just so perfect.

Amazing location, just a few steps from the beach. Very spacious and with great amenities.

They went above and beyond by connecting us to private drivers (yay, Hector!) and making local suggestions for food and shopping to suit our group which spanned three generations. This property was just as described and in a great location. Close to the beach and close to town. We loved the huge pool and spent many hours in it every day of our visit. The upstairs deck was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean. The house had everything we needed for a great stay. Mercedes was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. Overall our stay was amazing and we would recommend it to all of our friends!  

Wonderful experience - 30 second walk from the beach and you have security guards patrolling the neighborhood so feel safe. Mercedes and her team are extremely responsive and helped us arrange rides / groceries. Would love to visit again

Our stay was excellent. The house was accurately depicted and clean. The location is fabulous. The beach is across the street and it is a very nice part of the coast. It is about a fifteen walk to the main drag. We were a group of 5 adults and 5 kids. We were all very comfortable. The house is well-equipped. We had a chef and the house had all the right cooking and dining ware. Lastly, management is very responsive. They dealt with two issues quickly and with minimal hassles. Again, an exceptional stay.

I love staying in Playacar and Casa Miramar did not disappoint. What a wonderful weekend we had. Casa Miramar was in the perfect location and just steps away from the beach. We spent most of our time in the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the private experience. Casa Miramar comes with everything you need for a stay in Mexico. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies including a blender and coffee maker. The fridge even had a filtered water source so we didn’t have to worry about pouring out of the big jugs of water - something rare in my experience. Walmart was close by and perfect for groceries. The bedrooms were perfect with comfortable beds and each room was unique and different. Thank you to Mercedes, Mario and Patricia for a wonderful weekend.

“My family and I had a lovely stay at Casa Miramar! It’s about a 15 minute walk to town, the beach is right across the street, and the private pool on the property was lovely. Mercedes and the whole staff were incredible! Having the groceries delivered before our arrival was a great option too. Would definitely stay again!!

Mercedes’s place was amazing and very reasonably priced. The neighborhood (playacar) is private with active security which was comforting. And the beach is only 50 yards from the front door - and it an amazing beach which is not overcrowded. You’re also 10-15 minutes walking distance from the action in the playa del Carmen (5th ave) which was nice. There is also a good taxi stand by the Playacar don’t gates which is very convenient if you do not have a car. I would absolutely stay here again with friends and/or family. We also saw some monkeys close by :)”

“I highly recommend Casa Miramar. It was perfect for three (all adults, no couples) of us to enjoy a long beach weekend. Beach access was across the street from the house, and the pool was on the small side but still refreshing. We ordered from the online grocery website (not super user friendly) which was great for having staples delivered and waiting for our arrival. We did find a Wal-Mart within walking distance (maybe 20 min walk) which was great for re-stocking of our alcohol and snacks. We also took advantage of having the personal chef service. We coordinated logistics with Chef Daveed (very responsive), and had Chef Ricardo for both dinners. The meal options were abundant and the meals themselves were great. Chef Ricardo was friendly and had the the perfect amount of attentiveness (e.g., poured wine, brought appetizers to the living room).”

This place is amazing! The home is beautiful and has everything you need. Ocean views and close to shopping and restaurants. Mercedes and Patricia are wonderful hosts and we will be coming back for sure

This place is Amazing! Mercedes and Patricia were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The house is gorgeous, it is in a secure gated community and was perfect for our group. Beach views are beautiful and close to food and shopping. I would highly recommend staying at this home!

Absolutely amazing ! The House , pool , beach access , Playa del Carmen easy walk access , cleaning service , kitchen, washer/dryer. More than what we expected ! Excellent host and communication !!!
