¡Un Paraíso en Playa del Carmen! Me quedé en este hermoso departamento en Playa del Carmen por más de un mes y puedo decir que fue una experiencia maravillosa. El departamento está ubicado en la mejor zona de Playacar, un barrio semi-privado que combina la comodidad de estar rodeado de condominios y hoteles de 5 estrellas con la tranquilidad y la seguridad de tener vigilancia 24/7. La playa es casi privada, con arenas blancas y aguas turquesas y cálidas, un verdadero paraíso. Me despertaba cada día con el cantar de los pajaritos, algo que realmente disfruté, ya que el barrio es extremadamente tranquilo y pacífico. El departamento es perfecto, con una sala de estar bien iluminada gracias a las múltiples ventanas que permiten la entrada de luz natural durante todo el día. El aire acondicionado en cada habitación y en la sala de estar asegura que siempre te sientas cómodo, sin importar el clima exterior. Las camas son muy cómodas, la cocina es espaciosa, y los dos baños están impecable

Our stay in Playacar was exceptional from start to finish. Merecedes is a true professional who responded very quickly to requests. We were using the home for 2 months and no real difficulties. The home is located perfectly in a safe residential community. Five minutes to a pristine beach. Two minutes to a shared swimming pool where often we were the only ones present. Great Host - Great Place - Great Location

That's a lovely well maintained apartment with great neighbors. It is a Playacar and I believe it has more pluses then minuses comparing to the open city. It is great location if you need a peaceful area while being close to the sea. Patricia and Mercedes were very responsive and communication was good. The place had more than I expected: drinkable water service, dishing and detergent liquids. So if you make an order in local Walmart I suggest to double check what is already in the apartment. Not everything inside worked extremely well but as I mentioned it is in general a well maintained place and most of the issues were really minor. Tried out the beach umbrella and one of the bicycles - both worked well. We even used a local medical doctor service (phone is on the magnet on the fridge) and can recommend their service. Wish to return back!

You should look forward to staying here! The property is well suited for extended stays. My wife and I were here for a month out of a two month trip to Playa. The property is roomy. It could easily accommodate 5-6 people. The main living area is generally open and the kitchen tucked away nearby. My wife and I worked remotely from here as well, so the layout and space worked well in our favor. The bedrooms worked well, with ample storage in both. The bathrooms are above average size, with walk in showers in both. Water pressure is >excellent<. (great after many days of scuba diving) if your not eating out often at the areas great offerings, we can and did cook some our meals here. there’s ample cooking utensils, pots, pans dishware to handle a smaller family kids. yep laundry, worked great. saved lot hassle. also, unlike condos outside playacar, water service is provided via 20l bottles (and swapped by front door). stop buying bottled or small jugs oxxo, etc !!! community pool tennis courts are nearby. don’t forget use gathering space (covered) catch up on latest book you’ve been meaning read! close enough walk, bike taxi anywhere you need go. its about ten minute walk either two beach entrances. also around security gates, which drops right cozumel ferry portal maya statue. this area one end mentioned 5th avenue

The house is charming and the area is very quiet, nice and couple minutes from the beach via the short cut. Our only regret is that we would have stayed longer if we could !

“The property is very clean, well equipped and maintained and well managed. The location we thought was excellent allowing us easy access into town, a short pleasant walk to the beach, a lovely quiet and secure neighbourhood. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts also which are a very short walk from the house. A special appreciation to Mercedes who is an excellent host and helped to make this a very enjoyable vacation for us! She was very quick to respond and so very helpful. Ruth01 / 02 / 2019This place was a huge disappointment. Not worth the money we paid. In the write-up what I bought is not what we got. The pool, is quite a ways away, though in the picture it looks close by. When I voiced my concern to the lady that took us around there are only 4 chairs at the pool, she said don't worry about it, no one uses it. Not true, your lucky to get a chair. The pictures make the living area spacious, it is a very small thumbprint. Also the back patio is surrounded by tall buildings, not enjoyable. Guests where supposed to be provided beach chairs, only two beach chairs were any good, the rest were rusted and quite frankly disgusting and unusable. We had a couple stay with us for a couple of days, and were only able to use two of them. On top of that ongoing construction on two properties right next to the pool was not restful or enjoyable, also the pool always had a film of dust on it. We showed this place to lots of friends and they agreed, this was not worth the money, to speak nothing of how misleading that description is. We will not be renting this next year when we come for a month and I would never recommend this place especially at the price that is charged. There is far better in Playacar

Rodrigo01 / 09 / 2018El departamento es bastante bonito y cómodo, hay toallas tanto para alberca como para la casa, la atención es rápida y amable, la cocina muy bien equipada, la alberca y playa están un poco lejos del departamento, tienes que abrir 2 puertas con código cada vez que quieres accesar al departamento, se me hizo más pequeño de como lo vi en las fotos y por último si vienes en auto te piden registro cada que entras y sales de Playacar

That coffee maker is tricky but I figured it out! Clean and comfortable place with lots of light and space. Pool was nice and just a short walk away.

I went with my husband and children, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. Skip the resorts and stay here for half the price. Everything was perfect.

Con todo se manejan así! Lo único malo fue el primer dia cuando quisimos usar las instalaciones del reef y nos dijeron q solo daban 20 pases entre las 8 y 9 am. Cuando llegamos al otro dia a las 8 en punto nos hicieron esperar una hora para darnos el pase. Una vez ahi se lo disfruta mucho porque en el mar habia mucho sargazo y pudimos aprovechar las duchas y piletas del hotel !

Josh01 / 03 / 2018We had a wonderful stay here. The neighborhood is gated, well kept, and beautiful. The pool is nearby and you can listen to the birds and see iguanas walking around the grounds. Mercedes and team were very hospitable. The apartment is very clean, the complementary filtered water is convenient, and we cooked several breakfasts in the well working kitchen. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and tourist areas and a short drive to lots of other places within Playa Del Carmen. Highly recommended!
Ruth01 / 02 / 2018We stayed here for 2 weeks in feb 2018. 2 couples. We have stayed in the area before and were familiar with the main things people enjoy about this area which are the beach, the closeness to Playa del Carmen and the security. The house was great we rented the top suite. Everything was as shown in the pictures. It had everything you needed to cook dinners, fresh drinking water provided and very comfortable beds with nice linens. There is a small walk to the beach maybe7 minutes with 2 different routes. The walk in enjoyable and you go right past some myan ruins on one of them and frequently are entertained with a sighting of a capybera or a lazy iguana. The pool and tennis court is well kept and nice to relax by if you want to get cooled off without the salt and sand. The strip of beach is one of the best strips in area. Lots or powdery sand and beach goers are mostly local owners and other condo renters. Walk the whole beach and you will agree it’s much more crowded when you pass the ferry dock into playa. (A 10 minute enjoyable walk along the beach ). We had 2 minor issues during our stay. One of the beach chairs was ripped and another one had rusted in the seat due to wear and tear. I texted Mercedes and the next morning while we were out scuba diving 2 brand new beach chairs arrived at the door. The other issue was the microwave which stopped working one evening. We made a phone call and within 20 minutes staff pulled up on a scooter in the pouring rain and assessed the situation and the next morning the microwave was replaced. We were shocked and surprised at the quickness of the service. You would never get quick service like that at an all inclusive. We rented a car and there was safe parking right in front of the house. Security at the main gate was a little confusing and as we don’t speak Spanish we could not understand each other well. We mostly drove or walked in and out with no difficulty. Once we were asked for ID which we did not have as we just walked back from scuba diving and once we were held up for a few minutes with the car as we did not have “a pass”. We called Maria ( playaparadice staff) and she spoke to them and sorted it out. I’m sure if you speak Spanish it would easier to relay to them where you are staying or sort out the “pass” they were needing. Too much security is never a bad thing. The area is very quiet and family friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone. Thank you playa paradise for the great vacation we will be back and will use your services again.

Manny01 / 08 / 2017When we booked we were under the assumption it was steps to the beach but its actually a good walk through a very confusing dirt path and then a main road, the pool you could say is a few steps away. We found a big bug I obviously had to kill it but my girls were scared from then on couldn't sleep. They have a very redundant system if locking doors both doors theres a combo and you use that key to inlock then put ut back in the lock box then theres another key inside you use to lock from the inside then go upstairs and do it again almost makes you not want to leave until the bugs come out.

Es una casa grande de dos pisos, pero que funciona con cada piso en forma independiente: es como un departamento por piso, con acceso individual y súper seguro. Se agradece el equipamiento que hay: un gran refrigerador con freezer, lavadora y secadora (genial !!), aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todas las piezas, televisión con cable, wifi buenísimo (nunca se cayó), los baños como nuevos, loza y servicio para 5 personas, cafetera y tostador de pan. La piscina del condominio es preciosa y de buen tamaño, con reposeras, muy tranquilo todo. El acceso a la playa no es directo, pero no son más de 5 minutos caminando. La 5ta. Avenida también está a una distancia de 5-10 minutos caminando. Me encantó, 100% recomendable y seguro que si vuelvo a Playa del Carmen te contacto otra vez.
