Renta VacacionalAll in all our stay was great. Everything was clean and in working order. One of the most convenient and comfortable spaces we have ever stayed. We were able to schedule a pick up from and to the airport through the owner of the unit which was quick and easy. We were given a a quick tour of the elements and given a packet with all the information we would need (WiFi passwords and gate codes). Communication was prompt and easy. We were lucky enough to get a couple of days to use the pool before they began resurfacing it. The pool was clean, great temperature and so relaxing! The private beach area that The Elements has is also great. The bartender there was awesome at providing us with information of places to visit during our stay. It is a great place to soak up the sun with a drink of your choice, just be aware that the bar is cash only. The gym was also a great commodity! Plenty of machines and free weights which were all in good, clean, working condition.... and you can’t beat the view of the ocean while working out! The Elements is a short walk to 5th (about 10 minutes) which was great for access to many restaurants and shopping. I recommend exploring some of the beach clubs near by. We found it more relaxing than the crowded places on 5th. It is also located right across the street from a 7-11 which was extremely convenient for quick trips to purchase snacks and drinks. We would definitely recommend this listing and look forward to staying here again on our next trip!Ramiro
BiancaDon’t hesitate booking this beautiful home. It was perfect for my family 6. We felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The house was stocked with everything we needed other than groceries. The house is close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to 5th Avenue.
Mercedes, Patricia and Mario were fantastic! They worked with me and my family thru arrival, during the stay and assisted with the departure. Whenever we needed anything they were responsive, helpful and accommodating. The property is more amazing than the pictures. The Playacar area is so nice you'll never want to leave. As my family departed I was hounded with questions of when are we coming back. I can't say enough about Joya del Mar.Wm. Allen
The place is even better than it appears on the photos. It was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. It had pretty much all the comforts you would have at home and was well stocked with extra soap and towels. The cupboards had a lot of little extras that made it even more comfortable including a nice collection of music to play on the stereo. It also had this awesome clean smell that was a pleasure to arrive to. If we lived in Playa Del Carmen, we would totally live there.Eric
Beautiful Condo. Active night life nearby. Gorgeous beaches a short walk down the street. Near the tourist mecca of 5th street. Well appointed two bedroom with kitchen and laundry. Very comfortable.Edie

Pros Excelente Ubicación Zona Segura Parqueadero Incluido (Queda en la acera de la calle del conjunto pero pertenece al conjunto) Apartamento muy amplio Cuenta con todo lo necesario para preparar tu propia comida A 3 cuadras de la quinta avenida A 1 cuadra de un supermercado Soriana 3 baños 2 cuartos amplios Cuenta con lavadora y secadora detergente y demás necesarios para el aseo de tu ropa. Buena y rápida comunicación con mercedes. Tranquilo la zona sin ruido. Contras Solo el olor a Humedad que tiene al apto. No se si es por el apto. Por la ubicación. Lo resolvimos comprando ambientador en el supermercado.Ivan
