Propiedades en RentaThis apartment was perfect for a girls reunion trip! It was spacious and comfortable. Right next to the ocean, and the pool was nice and never too crowded. We all agreed that the best thing about this condo was the location - right on the edge of all of the "touristy" activities, so it was WAY quieter than many of the other condos/hotels we had considered. It was in easy walking distance to the main strip (like, 5 minutes walk) - so it was essentially the best of both worlds. This street felt very safe and fairly luxurious compared to some of the other options we had looked at in Playa del Carmen. Overall, very recommended if you're looking for something quiet and less crowded, but also want the option to explore the main area!Kristina
LaToshaWE LOVED THIS PLACE! We are often in playa so it’s a second home to us! The building is so luxurious ! We were here celebrating my sons 5th birthday and this place accommodated us perfectly!!! We loved the rooftop, spent most of our time up there! We enjoyed the music from the Reef 28 across the street, which is our fave hotel in Playa! Stayed there a few times! We will make this our new home in Playa ! Hopefully it’s available whenever we come ! It fits our vibe perfectly!
The place was spacious and perfect for our family of four. We really loved the terrace with grill and dipping pool. The kids, however, would have preferred a larger communal pool for swimming, considering that during our time of visit the ocean water was brown, smelled like sewage, and had plenty of seaweed. We decided to visit the nearby cenotes, to avoid the beach. We appreciated the availability of the washer and dryer, with detergent provided, to wash our swimwear and beach towels. Mega Supermarket was within walking distance, and we just took a taxi ride back with all our groceries. The place was very clean and we were very comfortable during our stay. We never did see any turquoise waters, which was our main reason for coming to Playa del Carmen. We hope you will have better luck with Mother Nature during your visit to PDC.Jennifer

This is a great condo is the perfect location to experience Playa del Carmen. The condo is in a great secured complex, and opens up onto an awesome pool area with a couple of hot-tubs we enjoyed a lot. The condo itself was modern, with delightful bedroom and bathrooms, TVs throughout and a relaxing lounge area. We used the kitchen to have a Mexican cooking class, which was perfect. We dined on the food we had just learned to cook on the outdoor dining table, overlooking the pool. As an audiophile, its worth me noting the sound set up is pretty great. There is a Sonos system (albeit with a 1st gen receiver) and an Apple TV for all your streaming needs. The condo is located right at the end of the main strip. Breakfast, coffee, dining, beaches, activities and nightlife were just a short stroll away. Not to mention the infamous Mamita Beach Club, which is just around the corner - and the condo supplied 2 discount vouchers for lounge rentals there. Overall, a great place in a perfect location. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and the amenities were plentiful as promised. The towels folded into arrangements and some groceries already in the refrigerator. The apartment is as promised, a beautiful upper class place with plenty of room for company in a quiet area of Playa that is still close to all the excitement. I would absolutely recommend staying in this property and if I go back to Playa this apartment will be the first I check on. Thank you Mercedes for a wonderful week.Alex
Casa Grande is in a great location inside a gated community, very close to Quinta Avenue and only a few steps from the beach. The home is extremely spacious with 4 bedrooms with ensuites. The pool and hot tub are a great addition to the home. Mercedes responded promptly to any questions/requests and was very accommodating to our late checkout request. I highly recommend this property and my family and I will definitely return to Casa Grande.Erica
We stayed here for 2 weeks in feb 2018. 2 couples. We have stayed in the area before and were familiar with the main things people enjoy about this area which are the beach, the closeness to Playa del Carmen and the security. The house was great we rented the top suite. Everything was as shown in the pictures. It had everything you needed to cook dinners, fresh drinking water provided and very comfortable beds with nice linens. There is a small walk to the beach maybe7 minutes with 2 different routes. The walk in enjoyable and you go right past some myan ruins on one of them and frequently are entertained with a sighting of a capybera or a lazy iguana. The pool and tennis court is well kept and nice to relax by if you want to get cooled off without the salt and sand. The strip of beach is one of the best strips in area. Lots or powdery sand and beach goers are mostly local owners and other condo renters. Walk the whole beach and you will agree it’s much more crowded when you pass the ferry dock into playa. (A 10 minute enjoyable walk along the beach ). We had 2 minor issues during our stay. One of the beach chairs was ripped and another one had rusted in the seat due to wear and tear. I texted Mercedes and the next morning while we were out scuba diving 2 brand new beach chairs arrived at the door. The other issue was the microwave which stopped working one evening. We made a phone call and within 20 minutes staff pulled up on a scooter in the pouring rain and assessed the situation and the next morning the microwave was replaced. We were shocked and surprised at the quickness of the service. You would never get quick service like that at an all inclusive. We rented a car and there was safe parking right in front of the house. Security at the main gate was a little confusing and as we don’t speak Spanish we could not understand each other well. We mostly drove or walked in and out with no difficulty. Once we were asked for ID which we did not have as we just walked back from scuba diving and once we were held up for a few minutes with the car as we did not have “a pass”. We called Maria ( playaparadice staff) and she spoke to them and sorted it out. I’m sure if you speak Spanish it would easier to relay to them where you are staying or sort out the “pass” they were needing. Too much security is never a bad thing. The area is very quiet and family friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone. Thank you playa paradise for the great vacation we will be back and will use your services again.Ruth

An awesome location - perfectly set between the Beach clubs and water activities and 5th Ave. Didn't use roof top - somewhat strange separated space upstairs for master bedroom. Not sure I would have liked the separation if I had children rather than adults staying with us. Overall location location location it was perfect.Lynn
