The private pool was the highlight—great for cooling off after a hot day and perfect for relaxing mornings or late-night dips. The location was convenient yet quiet, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and a short walk to 5th Avenue and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great throughout the home. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made check-in a breeze. Whether you're here short- or long-term, this place is an excellent choice.
El loft es muy cómodo y limpio, esta muy cerca de los clubs de playa y caminando puedes llegar a la zona de restaurantes, El Zorro Plateado en particular que está a dos cuadras es delicioso. Lo único que es un poco incómodo es que están construyendo muchos edificios y en las mañanas hay ruido.Carolina

Mercedes' condo was even better than it appeared in pictures. My wife and I had an amazing time. The complex is impeccably maintained with a full time staff cleaning the pool every day and 24/7 security. The location is exactly where you want to be. At the North end of town, away from the mess of 5th as you approach Juarez, but still on 5th and close enough to walk to all the restaurants and beach. Mercedes' team is extremely professional and responsive. We ran out of drinking water during our trip, and more was delivered within hours. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone! Just a tip. If you are looking for good quality food at reasonable prices stay away from 5th. The best food can be found on 30th ave between Const. and Calle 34.Charles
Great home and location. Perfect size kitchen and dinning area with well stocked kitchen. Check in was easy and the team answered all questions in a timely manner. The pool and back patio are fantastic especially with kids. Beach access is a little tricky. The card can get you thru The Reef hotel. They have a limited number of guests that they allow to "pass thru" even if you do not care to sit on their beach chairs. The Bedrooms were a nice size and they each have their own attached bathrooms. The market is a few houses down and is fine for a few items. The restaurant is not that good in the market but the drinks are fine!Levi

We chose this location due to the beauty of the property (it's right on the water), security (gated community), convenient location to restaurants, bars, and clubs (everything was either 1-2 miles away), and to celebrate some large life milestones. Mercedes was awesome with everything from overall communication, check-in/check-out, and responded to any inquiries we had. We appreciate her and her team's time in giving us a 10/10 AirBnB experience. Will recommend this property to all my friends!
