Renta VacacionalYolanda“Our stay here was amazing! The house is located in a private gated community so we felt very secure. The house is about 40 minutes away from Cancun airport but the GPS takes you straight to the house. For future references, security will ask for an ID upon arriving to the gate but will return it once you show your Royal Palms bracelet. When we arrived we were greeted by Mario who kindly showed us around the house and how things worked. The house has all the amenities you need, which we loved! The main grocery store is only a 6 minute drive. The beach is within the gated community and is about 5-10 minute walking distance. The backyard is a paradise! The swimming pool is a bit small for swimmers but was perfect for our family of four. The entire house has great air conditioning! Also, the neighborhood is perfect to go on runs at all hours since there’s always security and the house has an alarm system which works very well (we accidentally set off the alarm.) The house comes with a washer and a dryer which came in very handy for us. Overall, the house is beautiful, the host had great communication with us and they gave us our space. We highly recommend it.”
Mercedes was very responsive and helpful. The place itself is great. Very spacious and conveniently located within steps of the main strip and just 2 blocks from the beach. The rooftop pool is definitely a bonus!!Matt
MindyOur stay at Casa Azul Caribe was amazing. It was the perfect spot for spring break for 5 teens and their 2 moms. The place was super clean and spacious. Everything we needed was in walking distance and Mercedes and Alejandro were incredibly responsive throughout the process. They booked our shuttle for us with drop off and pick up right at the door of the house as well as an adventure day to the Tulum ruins. I would definitely book this spot again!
Our third time at Joya del Mar and once again it was wonderful. Mercedes and Patricia are greats hosts. They were responsive and accommodating of our needs. I highly suggest trying Joya out if you are considering a stay in Playacar. It's the best beachfront home. You won't be disappointed.Wm. Allen

HugoThe appartment layout is nice (open concept), beds are really comfy, pool is just in front (really nice if you have kids), really quiet and safe place. Location is another good point close to the 5th Avenue, multiple restaurants, just 2 block from the public beach and the staff are really friendly. The appartment has a underground parking
ShannonAn amazing location with great amenities. Super clean and very peaceful. We enjoyed cooking in the outdoor kitchen and having the lake to ourselves. We plan to come back yearly.
