Also a 10 min walk to all of the shopping/restaurant/bar action of la Quinta Avenida….perfect location away from the busy town center and no need for a car. House is very spacious, attractive and comfortable for up to 6 (we were 4). The back patio with its lush jungle vibe and perfect plunge pool was cherry on the top. Mercedes, Marcello and Adolph were all super friendly and prompt with a couple of minor requests for assistance during our stay. Great value, very nice choice for a week long stay in a top notch location.

NikolaI cannot say enough good things about this location. It is spacious, clean, comfy, next to everything in the Center of Playa, and Mercedes is very responsive. Definitely recommend!!
Great location! 5-10 min walk to the heart of downtown, and almost a straight shot directly to Mamitas Beach. It's near El Fogon (probably the best food around) and right near the Mega supermarket in case you need to pickup anything. The condo itself was great! Spacious, the AC worked great (no stink) and had TONS of amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, beach/pool toys galore, and crib/stroller/ other baby needs. If you have a family, you must stay here - the complex is very secure and the tenants/other renters were quiet, friendly, respectful to each other. We'll be back for sure the next time we make it to Playa!Trisha
We had an amazing time! The condo was just like the pictures. It was stocked with everything you could need or want. The location is perfect! Right out your front door is 5th Ave. The street is filled with shops, restaurants, and bars. Everything was seamless from the moment we arrived. Maria was there to great us and to see us off. A word of advice. Ask Mercedes to email you the link to the online grocery delivery. We were able to have the place stocked with booze and food before we even arrived.Amanda
Place looks just like in the the pictures. Host extremely responsive and prompt. Modern apartment with all amenities in a safe and well amenitized complex right on the beach. Walkable to Ave. 5 and restaurants. Very convenient if you want to make Playa del Carmen your base to explore the Mayan Riviera. Highly recommended.Amitabh
Great Place and Great Stay! We stayed (two couples) at Mercedes' Condo and loved it from the very first minute. Mercedes was great to work with and upon our arrival we were welcomed by Maria, went through all the amenities of the Condo. We settled in and truly enjoyed our time. Very safe and relaxing.Mike
