Thanks for the great stay Mecedes. We had a lovely time at your house! It is conveniently located in the quiet Playacar, but 5-10 minutes away from all the restaurants. I would recommend this house for families.

The location of this property in relation to 5th is awesome. You can hear music from the balcony, but it’s quiet on the inside of the unit. The pool gets plenty of sun beginning around 11:30 in the morning, which we loved. The views of the beautiful sea are amazing, and all the birds singing in the jungle of trees that surround this property is so lovely. Mercedes and her team definitely get 5+ stars, they were there at the drop of a hat with any request, and kept the condo and pool clean the entire week.

3 blocks from Quinta Av. Quiet. We swam in the pool daily. Easy parking (we rented a car). We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella and cooler. Only problem (broken shower head upon arrival) was promptly fixed. loved the balcony overlooking the pool.

Mercedes was very responsive over text message as the date neared and on the day we were traveling. She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and whom we were going to meet. Unfortunately she gave us the wrong apartment number and the wrong contact name, so when another person showed up and took us to a different apartment number we were confused and suspicious. The apartment was wonderful and perfectly situated in a safe, fun neighborhood. It was spotless, and although we did have a few maintenance-related issues with lights, the A/C, the shower, and the water cooler, the maintenance men arrived on the same day to fix them. There is also some confusion in the building about who's parking spot belongs to who. The apartment is managed by a professional management company - not by Mercedes herself. The management company was excellent - even providing us with a cell phone number for after-hours emergencies and showing up on Christmas Day when we needed them. The apartment has laundry and drying machines, a large kitchen stocked with appliances and dishes, and a water cooler. It's a fantastic place to stay and we would be happy to come again!

Mercedes' condo is amazing and located on the best end of Quinta Avenida! The condo was clean and made me feel right at home on my trip to Playa. The staff that helped me with check in/out was very helpful and there is a security guard at the locked gate all night which is comforting. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax this may not be the place for you as there is a Cuban club directly underneath the condo that plays loud music late into the night. It didn't bother me though and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mexico.
