Renta VacacionalBeautiful apartment in a great location which totally lived up to expectations. Very clean, good supplies of essentials including spices, oil, coffee etc which was a nice touch! Very good host response too and was met and checked in and out perfectly. Only improvement I'd make to the apartment is to make more of the rooftop - it's a huge space with more wind which is nicer for sunbathing so perhaps hammocks/a shades area etc? Without this the apartment is gorgeous so would highly recommend!Nicola
My friends and I had a great time at Mercedes' apartment. It has a very convenient location, walking distance to the beach and heaps of restaurants. The apartment is really nice, big and has all the commodities you need in order to spend a great vacation, you can also count with a parking spot if you decide to get a rental. Keeley“Get ready to live like a Kardashian! This place is unbelievable! You cannot beat the view or the location - totally worth the price tag. The sunrises were so spectacular we actually set alarms in the morning to make sure we didn't miss them. We ended up opting for the private chef one night for dinner and it was completely incredible - I would highly recommend the experience with Chef Daveed and his amazing staff! The house is directly on Playacar beach, which is very well maintained, and its about a 10 minute walk to Playa Del Carmen (with the option to walk directly on the beach or take the Playacar sidewalks). The property is in a gated community with 24 hours security, so very safe. Communication was was easy and prompt through WhatsApp and we were able to organize private transfers and the chef in advance of arrival. There was also the option of pre-ordering groceries which we didnt end up using as we couldn't figure out how to use the link effectively, but that was no fault of Mercedes. You will not be disappointed with this property! Thank you for everything Mercedes! :)”

RUSHThis place is awesome. The pics don’t give it justice. And Mercedes is awesome. She is very responsive and if any issues arise (hot water) she sends someone out immediately. The chef she recommends is awesome. The house is so great and the location is perfect. 5 mins walk to a fun shopping area on the waterfront. Super easy to get COVID test for return to US.
LawrenceWe had a great time in Bosque de las Aluxes. Everything was as advertised and the location is great. For those that don’t want the music from Bodequita, you won’t hear it in the master bedroom. We didn’t mind it.
