Renta VacacionalThis home has everything you and your family or friends need for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, beach towels, coolers, nice-cold-A/C units, maid service 1/2 way through the week. The location is great! It shares a pool with a couple of other homes but it was never busy and always super clean. We went to the Reef Club - an easy walk across the street, to the beach from the Reef Club - again, super easy to do. For $53 US each, we had one luxury day at the Reef which included food/drinks/use of sea kayaks and SUPs. The other days, we took our own cooler with food and drinks, got the free day-pass so we could use the lounge chairs on the beach and/or by the pool (nice to use the property for bathrooms to). We had awesome experiences with the Dive Shop next to the Reef Club. Snorkel, scuba and catamaran. Also, in the evening, go down the street to the Playacar Plaza for some low-key local shopping. You won't be disappointed in renting this home - Enjoy!!Debbie
This place far exceeded our expectations! The location is good, it's right off of 5th so you're close to all the business. It's a bit away from the really busy area closer to the port. The house is huge, lots of space but also really wide open. The cleaning service was great. Highly recommend this place!Dawn

My fiancé and family had a great experience staying at this 2 bedroom room condo. The management staff was very organized and made it easy to check in and check out. The apartment is lovely & very clean, perfect for 4 adults with plenty of space. The location is right in the heart of Playa, a short walk from the beach. I definitely recommend this place for a budget friendly experience that is nicer than most hotels in the area! With all the money we saved staying here we were able to do more during our trip. Thank you Mercedes for your AMAZING hospitality. We love everything about this place. The place is very suitable for families with kids like ours and even for singles/couples with no kids. The location is perfect, just 2 blocks to Fifth Avenue (3 minutes walk) and 2 blocks to the beach (5 minutes walk). There is a parking available if you have a car. AC worked GREAT. You can walk to restaurants and bars. The place was very clean and the cleaning lady was wonderful and did a great job when she came to clean the place half way through our stay. Mercedes was very quick to respond to my phone calls or text messages. This makes us feel very much cared for. I have absolutely no complaint about our stay in this place. We can't wait to be back to Mercedes's unit.Rabiou
I stayed at the condo for 4 nights. The accommodations were wonderful and the host Mercedes was outstanding! The location is right off of 5th avenue. Easy access to all the action. The place is very secure with available parking for your rental car. The host are very considerate about your peaceful stay. I will consider to stay again when I visit Playa again.Don
Beautiful Condo. Active night life nearby. Gorgeous beaches a short walk down the street. Near the tourist mecca of 5th street. Well appointed two bedroom with kitchen and laundry. Very comfortable.Edie
